KANSAS CITY, Dec. 6, 2022 — RMC Group, a leading provider of property loss estimation and reconstruction consulting services, announces the opening of a new location in Birmingham, Alabama, to enhance its disaster response capabilities along the Gulf Coast and through Dixie Alley, areas that have seen numerous tornado outbreaks and other disasters in recent years.
Operating out of the new Birmingham office will be RMC Group’s newest hire, senior building consultant Stephen Gutshall. Stephen has worked in the restoration industry for more than a decade and brings his talents to RMC Group’s responsive client services team.
“The new Birmingham office gives RMC Group another opportunity to respond quickly and efficiently to clients in need in areas of elevated disaster risk,” said Bill Sutter, CEO and president of RMC Group. “We always strive to exceed client expectations, and when we can add an office location to bolster those efforts, it’s a big win for all of our stakeholders.”
The Birmingham office represents the third new office RMC Group has opened in the final six months of 2022, to better serve its customers, and it is the 29th U.S. location for the company overall.
“RMC Group continues to expand in the Southeast, and we’re excited to work with insurance companies in the region to help them resolve property loss claims in a more efficient and responsive fashion,” said Steve Liles, Director of RMC Group’s East region.
As the Gulf states prepare for the next storm season, insurance companies can feel better knowing RMC Group has equipped itself with the resources to help them after disaster strikes.
