KANSAS CITY, Oct. 3, 2022 — RMC Group, a leading provider of property loss estimation and reconstruction consulting services, has opened its newest office in Nashville, Tennessee, to bolster its service capabilities in the Southeast region when disaster strikes.
The Nashville office is the 28th U.S. location for the company and the second new RMC Group office to open in the last three months, following the Lincoln, Nebraska, opening in July.
“The expansion into Nashville represents yet another move by RMC Group to strategically position our consultants to respond to client needs,” said Bill Sutter, CEO and president of RMC Group. “When a disaster occurs, time is of the essence, and our regional offices allow consultants to reach sites and get to work more quickly, exceeding client expectations.”
In conjunction with the opening of the Nashville office, RMC Group has hired J. Shawn Young, executive building consultant, to anchor the business for clients in the region. Shawn has more than a decade of experience in the restoration industry and brings his talents to RMC Group’s responsive client services team.
“The Nashville office gives us better access to clients based in the region, and it opens up the opportunity to grow our business there as well,” said Steve Liles, Director of RMC Group’s East region. “We’re excited to share our capabilities with insurance companies in the area who want responsiveness and a more efficient process to resolve their property loss claims.”
The Nashville office positions RMC Group to respond efficiently to client needs in a region that unfortunately has experienced catastrophe too often in recent memory, with major tornadoes, flooding and the Nashville bombing causing destruction in the past several years.
