He is proficient in oversight, analysis, and reporting in the areas of labor claims, mitigation, abatement, building restoration, inland marine and docking systems, and assisting through the FEMA claims maze. Mr. Bailey is adept at developing reasonable solutions and estimates in common sense straight forward manner to the swift resolution of disputes when they occur.
During his career, Mr. Bailey has managed, estimated, consulted, monitored and clerked large fire and water claims throughout the U.S. for insurance companies, brokers, attorneys, and private clients. Additionally, he has overseen major capital improvements and insurance claims, implemented single and multi-family repair developments, implemented and overseen effective green building methods, managed construction purchasing, and led on-site work and contractor scheduling.
