Nicole has seven years of new construction experience as a superintendent on large commercial projects. Her experience has centered on higher education with additional projects in the aviation and public transit fields. Nicole has extensive experience with construction components, estimating, scheduling, and owner/contractor coordination.

Each of her projects has required preplanning for access, shutdowns, equipment logistics, and manpower scheduling. She understands the importance of communication and takes pride in customer service comprised of proactive communication and concise reporting in the course of delivering an accurate work product.


  • Student Housing – Valparaiso, IN

    May 2013 - September 2014
    New construction of 250-bed student residence hall consisting of precast concrete structural walls and floors. Additional features included prefabricated bathroom “pods” and faux gabled roof mechanical screen to maintain the campus’ Gothic architecture.
  • Student Housing – Chicago, IL

    October 2014 - December 2016
    New construction of 800-bed student residence hall consisting of three bed towers joined by a two-story podium containing extensive studying and activity space as well as a dining court. Cast-in-place concrete system contained over 1,000 anchor embeds to support asymmetrical three-story architectural precast panels framing 3-story stacked glazing openings.
  • Recreational Center – Palatine, IL

    January 2017 - August 2018
    Renovation and expansion of college health and wellness center, requiring structural and architectural demolition. Unique scopes included renovation of existing swimming pool and addition of elevated jogging track to existing gymnasium structure.
  • Airport Maintenance Facilities – Chicago, IL

    September 2018 - December 2018
    New construction of replacement ground maintenance facilities for major airline. Project consisted of two buildings to house fuel and work bays, warehouse and office spaces. Scope included relocation of existing equipment from existing to new facility with minimal disruption to operation.
  • Transit Facilities – Chicago, IL

    December 2018 - November 2019
    Installation of infrastructure and equipment for the local transit authority to introduce 100% electric buses to fleet. Three-site project consisted of demolition of existing facilities to add extensive electrical ductbanks, build masonry structures to house new equipment, and install client-provided charging equipment without disruption to bus service.
