Nicole joined RMC Group in 2019 following seven years of new construction and major renovation experience as a superintendent on large commercial projects. Her experience has centered on higher education with additional projects in the aviation and public transit fields. Nicole has extensive experience with construction components, estimating, scheduling and owner/contractor coordination.

She understands the importance of communication and takes pride in customer service comprised of proactive communication and concise reporting in the course of delivering an accurate work product. With experience handling complex projects, Nicole is able to work effectively with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure that claims are handled timely, efficiently, and responsibly.

  • Alabama Tornado Outbreak - 2021

    Handled extensive damage to a church complex and high net worth homes throughout Alabama.
  • Hyde Park Baptist Church - Austin, TX - 2021

    Handled $6M of damage due to major flood and frozen/burst HVAC equipment throughout the facility due to Winter Storm Uri, including project management of mitigation contractor and coordination with reconstruction contractor. Handled subsequent March 2021 hail loss to primary church structure and surrounding commercial and residential properties on policy.

    Handled $2M+ in damages to churches, retail, child care, and high net worth homes throughout Texas.
  • Purple Parrot Village - Pensacola, FL - 2020

    Led a team of consultants inspecting 40+ buildings located throughout the condominium complex following Hurricane Sally. Worked alongside the insured's contractor to separate flood and wind claim scope, resolve code upgrades, and settling on an agreed number..
  • Oregon Wildfires - 2020

    Handled $9.5M+ of total losses and smoke-damaged retail, assisted living, medical facilities, manufacturing, builder's risk projects, and high net worth homes throughout Oregon.
  • Hampton Inn - Sulphur, LA - 2020

    Handled extensive damage to hotel affected by Hurricane Laura, including management of mitigation company. Handled subsequent claim and additional damage from Hurricane Delta in the same season.
  • Iowa / Illinois Derecho - 2020

    Handled $1.5M+ of wind damage to churches, manufacturing facilities and multifamily residential throughout Iowa and Illinois.
  • Jefferson City Hail - 2020

    Handled commercial manufacturing and office facilities.

    Handled commercial buildings throughout the greater Nashville area.
