Marshall is an accomplished restoration manager with over twelve years of experience in the restoration and reconstruction industries. His firsthand knowledge and accredited business acumen bring valuable insight to catastrophe and large loss estimating and recovery planning. He offers expert project management abilities, having coordinated large-scale emergency response teams and subcontractors, directed the scope of work with adjusters, and provided mitigation oversight for hundreds of loss scenarios. Marshall is versed in preparing and reviewing complex estimates using industry-leading methods and software.

Acting as the bridge between insurers, subcontractors, and the insured, Marshall understands all angles of the restoration process and operates to ensure the best interests of the insured are met. He is proactive in his communication and keeps a universally understood budget and schedule among all parties at stake.   • Harbor Towers – Siesta Key, FL

    Project Manager for mitigation and restoration to a rooftop chiller main crack on a condominium structure, causing water damage to over 100 units. Set up a temporary customer service site to communicate and schedule with tenets and perform the complete mitigation of all units, including most restoration work.
  • The Bridge @ Hickory Woods – Antioch, TN

    Project Coordinator for mitigation efforts to a fire-damaged assisted living center, affecting one-third of the building. Set up containment at each end of the apartments so the staff and residents could use the rest of the building. Completed mitigation for both water and smoke damage by removing polluted materials and drying and cleaning the interior structure.
  • Hickory Valley Condominiums – Nashville, TN

    Project Coordinator for a fire-ravaged building where half of the structure burnt down. Performed complete mitigation and prepped the site for restoration procedures.
  • Major Dept Store – Raleigh, NC

    Project Coordinator on a site where half of a two-story department store was affected by a dressing room fire. Set up containment within five days, allowing the unaffected side to reopen. Provided oversight for complete mitigation, which consisted of removing damaged materials and drying and cleaning the structure.
