• Hurricane Ian, Fort Myers, FL - 2022

  Inspected, scoped and produced cost estimates for losses from Collier County - Naples, Lee County - Fort Myers up to Charlotte and Highlands Counties including large commercial losses including shopping centers, condo and apartments buildings and pre-engineered buildings.

• La Mer Condominium Association , Marco Island, FL - 2022

  Inspected, scoped and produced a cost estimate for all the affected areas. Negotiated with the repairs portion of the claim with the insured and contractors.

• Hailstorm, Sebring, FL - 2022

  Inspected, scoped , and produced cost estimates for commercial and residential losses in several cities within the Highlands County area. Losses include muti-units condo buildings, pre-engineered metal buildings and wood framed roofing systems.

• Fire, Miami, FL  - 2019

  Inspected and scoped the fire and water damages throughout the exterior and interior including multiple units and produce a cost estimate. Negotiated the extent of repairs needed with the insured’s attorney.

• Water, 1800 Condo Association, Miami, FL - 2021

  Inspected and scoped all the affected areas and discussed the damages with the public adjuster and water mitigation company. Produced an approximately $2M estimate and analyzed the public adjuster’s estimate which was for about $4M.
