  Consulted with Travelers insurance on a multi-unit apartment complex. Reviewed mitigation estimates and prepared a comparable structure estimate for the carrier.

• Tornado, Dayton, OH 2019

  Scoped and estimated several residential large loss wind claims. Worked with several carriers to ensure proper scope and cost captured for repairs.

• Fire, Cincinnati, OH 2017

  Scoped and estimated fire loss in an 8 unit apartment building. Worked with carrier and customer to prepare a complete estimate for repairs.

• Fire, Courtyard Marriot - 2016

  Estimated and coordinated mitigation and repairs on large fire loss with extensive damage to exterior and interior of the hotel including all 78 rooms, conference room and indoor pool.

• Tornado, Northern Kentucky & Southern Ohio - 2012

  Scoped and estimated 20 residential large loss wind claims. Worked with several carriers to ensure proper scope and cost captured for repairs.
